  • Klor reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders in case of pricing errors or stock unavailability.
3. Orders & Payments
  • Orders will be processed only upon successful payment confirmation.
  • We accept payments via UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, and other secure methods.
  • Klor reserves the right to cancel orders due to suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or stock issues.
4. Cancellation & Exchange Policy
  • Order Cancellation: Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this, cancellations are not guaranteed.
  • Exchange Policy: We currently do not offer refunds but allow exchanges under the following conditions:
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact.
  • The exchange request is raised within 7 days of delivery.
  • The exchanged item is of equal or higher value (any price difference must be paid by the customer).
5. Shipping & Delivery
  • Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days and delivered within 3-7 business days based on your location. Remote areas may take up to 10 business days.
  • Once dispatched, Klor is not responsible for courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
